Who are you writing to?
To Wiki Tours International, the travel agency based in Casablanca that publishes Guide Omra. There is no separate editorial office: the same team answers questions about the guide and travel enquiries.
How do you reach us?
On WhatsApp. The button below opens a message that is already started; its first line is a reference that tells us which page you are writing from. Keep it, edit it or delete it before you send. WhatsApp works the same way whether you write from Morocco or from abroad.
The agency's number will be shown here once it has confirmed it. We publish no phone number, address or email until the publisher has given them to us: a missing contact detail is better than a wrong one.
What can you ask us?
- To fix an error. Give the page address, the sentence in question and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts it.
- About a rule in the guide. We will point you to the page and the source that answer it, or tell you plainly that the answer is not known yet.
- About an Umrah trip with the agency. The conversation then continues with its team, as it would with any agency.
What about religious questions?
The guide does not answer fiqh questions. Please take them to an imam or scholar you trust.
